Coverage reminder

The portal is a legal-tech workflow tool. Registration does not activate coverage until payment, document review, certificate issuance, and official activation are complete.

Payment is only one step

Payment records and receipts help tracking, but coverage still requires verification, document review, official issuance, and activation.

QRPH sessions expire

Expired QRPH sessions should not be reused. Members should return to the dashboard and prepare a fresh checkout when prompted.

Status belongs in the dashboard

Protected account pages show available payment, policy, certificate, claims, support, and credit information for signed-in members.

What payment status can mean

Payment may be pending, awaiting verification, confirmed, refunded, reversed, expired, or linked to a policy review step. The dashboard provides the current operational status where available.

Receipts and certificates

A receipt confirms a transaction record. A certificate or proof of coverage is separate and appears only after the appropriate review, issuance, and activation workflow.

When to apply again

If a payment session ended, an application was cancelled, or an old QR link is stale, return to the dashboard and start a fresh application or checkout flow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a receipt mean coverage is active?

No. A receipt is not the same as active coverage. Coverage depends on verification, review, certificate or policy issuance, and official activation.

What if my QRPH payment session ended?
