Coverage reminder
No website badge, application, receipt, pending payment, screenshot, email, or dashboard text should be treated as active coverage before official activation.
After verified payment, processing may take around 24 to 72 hours depending on cutoff timing, completeness, provider confirmation, and insurer review.
