QRPH sessions expire for security. If a payment time ends, members should return to the dashboard and prepare a fresh application or checkout.
The portal records payment references, QR status, receipt URLs, credit usage, and pending return reminders where available.
If an application was cancelled or archived, checkout should stop using the old session and route the member back to apply again.
QR payment sessions are time-bound to reduce stale, duplicate, or incorrect payment references. Expired sessions should not be reused.
If the application was cancelled, the old payment link should be treated as ended. Start from the dashboard so a fresh policy and payment record can be created.
A visible receipt or payment record does not activate coverage by itself. Payment verification, review, issuance, and activation are still required.
The QR session expired, the payment was cancelled, or the linked application was already closed. Use Apply again for a fresh flow.
No. Old QR sessions should not be reused after expiration, cancellation, or application cancellation.
No. Payment must still be verified and the policy must be reviewed, issued, and officially activated.
