Common questions

Who issues the insurance?

Coverage is issued through the authorized insurer. The portal helps collect information, route documents, track status, and coordinate notices, but it is not the underwriter or final claims decision-maker.

Is my account registration already insurance coverage?

No. Registration creates a portal account and starts the workflow. Coverage begins only after eligibility/document review, verified payment, official issuance, and activation under the policy terms.

How long after payment?

After verified payment, policy review, insurer processing, certificate preparation, and official activation can take around 24 to 72 hours depending on completeness, cutoff timing, provider confirmation, and insurer review.

Ang aksidente sa kalsada ay kayang gawing emergency ng pamilya ang isang ordinaryong araw ng pasada o trabaho. What information will I need?

You may be asked for identity, contact details, birth date, address, transport or association information, beneficiary details, valid ID or KYC documents, payment references, and claim/support records when needed.

Can I check payment and policy status here?

Yes. The portal shows account credits, payment requests, receipt and reference records, application status, policy queue status, proof of coverage status, and support updates where available.

Can agents assist customers?

Yes, authorized agents can assist assigned customers, but they must use authorized workflows, avoid overpromising coverage, and protect customer data. Customers should still review their own details.

How are receipts and documents handled?

The system can generate or route receipts, declarations, insurer handoff spreadsheets, proof-of-coverage files, and customer export requests according to the user's role and workflow status.

What if my details are wrong?

Update the record through the dashboard or official support channel before issuance when possible. Wrong or incomplete information can delay review, payment matching, servicing, or claims assistance.

How do claims work?

The portal can help collect claim information and coordinate support. Submitting a claim notice does not guarantee approval, coverage, or payout; the insurer's official review and policy terms control.
